Surrounded by mountains and situated on beautiful lakefront property, this family cottage, rich in character needed an update that brought both function and modernized style. Keeping the original house footprint, it was important to create better flow throughout the open concept space. Our team, including our Designer Tanya, were able to achieve this by removing posts running through the living room and kitchen and replacing with a large steel structural beam that tied in with existing exposed joists. Our clients love their daily escape to Cape Cod!
