Fraser Valley Building Supplies has been a long-term partner of our company right from the start, and we were honoured to renovate their new location in Hope. After purchasing an existing industrial space, we were tasked converting it in to a usable retail are. By adding over 3,500 sq ft of dry storage, a shipping and receiving room, and an entry vestibule we were able to help the client accomplish this. Upgrading to enhanced mechanical systems, creating offices, staff lounge, and public/accessible washrooms finished off the extent of the interior transformation. added loading stalls, increased the size of the building with new storage, vestibule and parking area. Working from start to finish, we put together building plans, engineering and ran the permit process bringing a whole new retail space to life in short order.
