About Us
As a BC licensed home builder with over 27 years experience, we have a wealth of knowledge that we bring to every project. Our friendly crew will walk you through every aspect of construction from permits to budgeting all the way to the beautiful finishing details like custom mill work or interior design. We are an award winning builder with National, Provincial and Fraser Valley recognition.
Our full service construction team includes heavy equipment and a full fleet of vehicles so we can save you money and time. Our passion and care translates into a home you can be proud of that will stand the test of time. We are a Net Zero builder that can bring performance and resilience to your next project. We carry home warranties with WBI Home Warranty & National Home Warranty and are certified by BC Housing Licensing and Consumer Services – and we can offer full bonding. Lacey Construction is fully insured and covered by WorkSafeBC. We are committed to professionalism and excellence in construction – we are proud members of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association, CHBA Fraser Valley chapter, and active with the BC Construction Safety Alliance, CHBA-BC, Skilled Trades BC Residential Sector Advisory Group, BCCA Workforce Development Group, Mission Association for Community Living, Skills Canada – BC and Mission Regional Chamber of Commerce.
We are honoured to live and work on the traditional and unceded territory of the Stó:lō People. We are privileged and thankful to be neighbours with the Sq’éwlets and Leq’á:mel communities. Our team is committed to working in a way that implements the UN Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples – and we commit to business principles that respect the calls to action from the Truth & Reconciliation Commission – with a focus on call 92 on Business & Reconciliation. We recognize the National Truth and Reconciliation Day annually – and we are committed as a team to promoting awareness and education of the present day and history of Aboriginal peoples in Canada. As a team, we know we can all do more and learn about the rich history, art, language and culture of those around us.
We are thankful to be contractors, neighbours, co-workers, family members and friends to the Indigenous people where we live, work and raise our families.
