YEAR 1 OR YEAR 2 CARPENTER

Our award winning Renovation Team is looking for our next team member! This is a fast paced position focused on residential renovation supporting and learning from our Carpentry Team. We offer benefits after 3 months and RRSP matching after 12 months – as well as supporting tuition for apprenticeship training.

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Carpenter to join our construction team. This year 1 or year 2 carpenter position offers hands-on experience in various aspects of carpentry and construction projects, providing a valuable foundation for a career in the trades. The Apprentice Carpenter will work under the supervision of experienced carpenters and project managers to develop essential skills in building, restoration, and finishing work. This role is ideal for individuals interested in learning the trade, gaining practical skills, and contributing to high-quality construction projects.

PAINTER/LABOURER

We are seeking a dedicated Painter/Labourer to join our construction and restoration team. This role involves performing residential and commercial painting projects – new builds as well as renovations, as well as assisting with various carpentry labour tasks on-site including cleaning job sites and material handling.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in construction painting, and using hand and power tools is preferred. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in painting and general carpentry. We do offer apprenticeships for willing candidates.

MACHINE OPERATOR

Join our Civil Team in a machine operator position! This position is based in our site on Sylvester Road operating machinery in a fast paced team environment. We would love to hear from individuals with some machine experience looking to expand their skills. We do offer benefits after 3 months and RRSP matching after 12 months as well as apprenticeship training support.
