LACEY GIVES BACK

Team Lacey is always happy to help out – in the past few years, we have been excited to participate as a team at:

• Isthmus Canada – Because Hunger Doesn’t Take Weekends Off – since 2012, we have fundraised for and dropped off food to 3 schools in Mission Public School District
• Judging at Regional Skills (Apprenticeship) competitions
• Support for SARA for Women & Fronya Thrift Store

Being passionate about construction means being active in the industry – we work with industry associations, government agencies and more to raise the bar for construction in BC.

A cornerstone of our support is the CHBA Fraser Valley Boot Bank – where we help collect and distribute steel toed footwear across the lower mainland to support students attending field trips and starting their careers in trades.

We have taken active roles with the following organizations:

• Skills BC – Board Member – And as a company promoting women in trades is a passion for us – we are proud to employ multiple female apprentices with over 25% of our field staff in 2025 being women and we are active in working with women entering the trades and promoting the trades.
