Comfortably nestled along the 14th hole of Sandpiper Resort in Harrison Mills, the Sandpiper Resort Luxury Cabins bring together form and function to provide the ultimate guest experience. This luxury cabin features locally sourced materials selected to compliment the beauty of the region including western red cedar logs from Haida Gwaii, top to bottom Woodtone tongue & groove wall and ceiling coverings, and custom color-matched pine trim/baseboards. On the exterior, maintenance friendly materials were featured to reduce the long-term operational impact for the client including Woodtone Rustic Series lap & shake siding, Trex decking, aluminum railings, and Westform metal Prolok roofing.

Taking environmental sustainability into account, this Kermode Cabin was certified Built Green and recorded an air tightness score of 2.18 AC/H. Equipped with an air source heat pump for cooling in the summer and a wood burning fireplace for those cool winter months this cabin is ready for year-round enjoyment. All of which are insulated by Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) construction offering increased R-values and sound suppression.

All of which is married together to provide the client with the first new construction project on the property in over 20 years and the guest with an experience like none other. Although early in its inception, the reviews are pouring in at a consistent 5 star rating.
